On June 27th, 1999, Tony Hawk did what was long considered impossible, he landed the first 900 (spinning two-and a half 360° rotations) at the San Francisco, X Games, and creating one of the most memorable moments in skateboard history.

I was fortunate enough to be the only photographer in the world to capture this historic milestone.

I have never sold any prints of this moment to the public—until now.

This print presents my original 35mm, 12-frame sequence in a simple and clean design.  Letting the moment stand on its own.

Tony Hawk personally gave me his blessing to do a limited edition of 50 fine-art prints of this unforgettable moment.  Each print is hand-signed by me and individually numbered.

The print is 22 x 25 inches.  That includes a 1-inch white border for easy framing.

Printed on Hahnemühle Baryta Fine Art paper; satin-gloss, high brightness, wide color gamut,  natural white paper with deep blacks. 300g, 100% cotton fine art paper,  acid free for museum archival quality

This is a unique opportunity to own a rare artifact from a moment that altered the course of skateboarding—an image defined by historical significance, absolute scarcity, and unquestionable provenance.

The skateboard Tony rode when he landed the 900 (the one in these photos) sold at auction in 2025 for 1.15 MILLION DOLLAR$.

Once these 50 prints are sold, no additional prints will be made.  Guaranteeing this becoming a sought after collector's item.

Prints are shipped in large rigged 5-inch diameter shipping tube.

The money raised from the sale of these prints will go toward funding a documentary on the birth of new school snowboarding in the early 90's.  It's a project that is incredibly close to me, and one that Tony also supports.
